Well I did the honorable thing and contacted my local hydroponic store to have them contact OG Tea and hopefully stock the shelves with it. I don’t like to acquire anything for the garden from anywhere else due to the fact that this shop has assisted me from day one with all aspects of growing. I’m really hopng they will be able to carry the OG Tea products but moreover your veganic nutes once available.

I personally know a hand full of guys waiting with their wallets open for your line to become available. I being one. You could always hook a fellow grower up in advance. 😉

Does the OG replace Bountea? Do you brew it for every feed, or once a week?

    Yes Reeferman,
OG-Tea is an All-In-One microbial innoculant. No need to mess with timing of additives or anything else…:-)

ive been using a tea consisting of, general organics, ancient forest(alaskan humus), subcultures M&B(mycro, and bacteria), bioweed(seakelp), diamond black(humic acid), and some organic mollases. this is a GREAT tea in my experience but my question is, what is this veganic special sauce from OGtea going to replace from what i am using currently?

    #26360

    Kyle Kushman

    Thanks for the Question PL.
It will replace you having to mix and measure all those ingredients every time. And save you money. Just add 1Tblsp/gal. to your water before adding your nutrients and pH’ing, and you’re good-to-go…:-)

that somewhat concerns me. i dont ph my water at all with general organics. i use a 30-60 mix of RO/ WELL TAP for a ph of 7 then i add my nutrients. ph goes to 5.5-5.8 after mixing with recirc pump. for my tea i use all RO water and get a ph of roughly the same. big question ive had for awhile now. veganic ph buffering or not?????? and how? its never been a problem for me yet.

That’s great if you don’t need to pH. Different water sources around the globe will need attention at different stages in the grow cycle. It can be fine during early stages. Then need adjustment once larger amounts of nutrients are added…:-)

I have to PH after brewing microbs for 48hrs, my ph is 3.8. Just get it to back to 5.5. Do you use special sauce at 15ml per gal every time you water or just once a week? And I will stop buying Bountea.

I’m confused a little,I am using special sauce and I just ordered some bountea. I brewed the special sauce then learned I don’t have to so I’m not going to anymore, I understood that bountea along with special sauce was correct ,I was going to add my nutrients to a brewed bountea to help with the ph so I wouldn’t have to adjust it, but I really don’t need bountea at all?and I should adjust my ph if it is off when I add water special sauce and nutes and enzymes?

Brewing OG-Tea Special Sauce is unnecassary and will cause an extreme pH drop. Simply add the OG-Tea to your water. Then add your nutes, stir well, and pH accordingly…:-)

Your not confused grow bro Cultivator, OG Tea and Bountea are both microbe tea’s. Og Tea is just more advanced. One can replace the other, or you can use both tea’s together, they have different types of microbes. I dropped extreme tea and only use OG Tea, I do exactly what Kyle’s instructions are. You’ll be all set up ~~~;-D

    I know we dont have to brew thr OG, but would it b more benefitial to brew for 24-48 hrs, kinda like it is for microbs-the beneficiary count explodes? Would I have to add a carbohydrate for a food source like molasses. I like how I can save money by brewing the microbs I use at half stregnth. Just got my tea to day and the ladies r thirsty ;}

I wouldn’t brew it I did once the ph will definately drop .I get it just add water they will explode anyway !

Right on Cultivator. No need to brew Reeferman. Just add to your water, stir and feed.
If you’re growing hydroponically, just hand water each plant with 2-3 cups of straight tea once/week. Then there’ll be no clogged emitters…:-)

just curious i understand that it replaces all the fungi and bacteria additives such as subcultures, but does OGtea replace additives like root exculerator, bioroot, rhizotonic? or is this what rootwebstar is?

    #26978

    Kyle Kushman
    Keymaster

OG Tea is your beneficial bacteria inoculant. Webstar is your beneficial fungi inoculant. They do not replace root accelerators which are primarily Ascophylum based. Or in the case of Rhizotonic, marine algae…:-)

I would love to use this OGTea and Kyle’s special sauce but is it too much for a beginner like me? I BET IT”S AWESOME STUFF!! I’ve just re-planted & got my girls in happy Frog soil, they are in their 2nd week of vegging in 5 GAL buckets, plus I have 4 seedlings just in their 1 GAL pots…..what do you think Guys? I had trouble with nutes the 1st grow so I’ve been I have been giving them just plain or “clean” R/O water…I really want to kick it up a notch as this is my last grow for a while so , I HAVE to DO BETTER this time!!! Should I add the tea to my r/o water? I have the sample box of nutes from General Organics, or should I start adding these nutes right away? I will try to post picks today if you want to see my girls first, look under Momma’s Place sometime this afternoon and pics will be posted. Thanks!

Sorry it’s taken so long for me to respond Momma Kush. I hope I can still help…
Adding OG-Tea to your RO water and Happy Frog soil is a great way to get young plants established. However, after a few weeks you will need to feed them. You should use the sample nutes you have.
But be advised that my Veganic nutrients will NOT be expensive.
Buy only what you need to get you through until September when my nutrient line is launched…:-)

I started adding OG TEA , to my current veganic schedule 14 days ago , just as I switched 5 into the 12/12 cycle . The transition speed and bud site growth rate looks about a week ahead of what I am used to seeing in these strains . The ones still in veg are turning into monsters as well , good stuff guys ! B

Can’t wait to Join the Veganic Revolution!! I have used Organic for years with wonderful results and have long awaited something truly clean to my plants. Now we don’t have to feed our plants Shit!

I have 4 lbs of The Veganic Special Sauce and 1/4 lb of Roots WebStar. About run a test soon.. Veganic vs Organic.. Bet the Veganic will beat Organic… we’ll see. I’ll bet it does. For sure will Conquer all Artificial Nutrients!

After all I don’t think a Connisour like Kyle Kushman would stand behind a product that did not provide stellar results!

Check out OG WEBB & OG Tea on Facebook!! or OGTea.com

I’m actually considering going on a Vegan Diet myself due to the fact that my rheumatoid arthritis is acting up and this may help with symptoms.

Love this stuff!!! seems like water and og tea is all my plants need. I do add Hygrozyme (5ml/gal) and Greatwhite (1 tsp./gal) as well.

Can someone post a OG Tea feed chart, like the one posted for Vegamatrix?

That would be much appreciated 😀

every watering with the pure/sauce…the webstar is ideal for transplanting…pure and sauce til last week of feed..then flush with water …thats the advice I was given

    #35750

Use 5ml of OG Tea every watering until week 5-7 depending on strain.
Use Root Webstar at 1-2 ml for hydroponic resevoir’s and 5-10 ml on soil or soilless applications, you can even dust some in your transplant hole when transplanting.
PURE is a very special product, it is a very strong combination of mycorhizzae, do not use it on small container plants, wait until about weeks 3-4 to spike your tea or add pure to your feeding chart for extra microbes. The reason being is that there are no buffers or fillers in PURE, it will go into your soil and eat up all of your nutrients, that’s why I always recommend to use PURE before the final flush.

    Rock on my GROWBROTHERS!!!!!
