Although there not veganic it is an amazing soil mix for a Just Add water method of growing

    Subcools Super Soil.

it should be 5lbs NOT 2lbs on the Bone meal, bat guano(bloom) and theblood meal 8 large bags of a high-quality organic potting soil with coco fiber and mycorrhizae (i.e., your base soil)

25 to 50 lbs of organic worm castings

    5 lbs steamed bone meal

    5 lbs Bloom bat guano

    5 lbs blood meal

    3 lbs rock phosphate

    ¾ cup Epson salts

    ½ cup sweet lime (dolomite)

    ½ cup azomite (trace elements)

    2 tbsp powdered humic acid

mix really good and put 2 gallons of water on it and put a lid on it and lit set (cook) for a minimume of 1 month otherwise it will be to hot and not fully alive.

only add between 20%-40% of the pot the finish off with reg soil such as roots.

Only use this soil on plants that have been rooted in 1-2 galon pots first to prevent shock.

if any more nutrients are needed. you can top feed with super soil.

I personally use the microbes like Kyle does (granuler, soluable, and tea)

The other mix is True Living Organic by The Rev. which has almost 3x as much soil additives which seems a little much to me.

I suggest Manna Mix by Vital Earth, Ready Gro from Botanicare, or Pro Mix by Premier…:-)

Vital Earth’s Manna Mix has been the best so far. Don’t forget about your Microbes!!!

switched from fox farm soils..for veg/mammas/flower although they are very good soils..still use the lite warrior for my starts…Manna Mix is awsome and a few dollars less per bag than the fox farm

also try sub cools soil mix w/o the animal products…then its veganic..a small amt of bone/guano wont hurt…the microbes will break them down..but just use less if you want

I agree with kloneking. A small amount of guanos in the soil mix is totally cool. I like the convenience of bagged soil and don’t mind the smal amount of bat guano in Manna Mix. If you want ot be religious about it and stay closer to neutral use Ready-Gro. I say, just don’t don’t make it part of your regular augmentation to prevent residual buildup…:-)

Quality potting soil automatically provides good drainage and has an excellent water-air ratio. The composition of the mix is professionally put together to facilitate rapid root growth, sufficient water retention, and optimal drainage.

Sorry but if you use Fox Farm Ocean Forest or Happy Frog, your grow is not veganic anymore, right?(because of the bat guano)

    How’s it going GrowBro’s,

Esta I would have to say absolutely no on the Ocean Forest, it has too much residual guano’s and not enough drainage to remove it all. Happy Frog has a lot less residual and a lot more drainage and contains Beneficial’s. To consider it Veganic though you would want to vegetate your plants long enough to use up the Guano nutrients and then would have to use a strict Veganic nutrient line like VegaMatrix throughout the grow and bloom cycle.

Bahaga I understand how you feel, I do not know why it is so hard to get the Manna Mix in our area, I will call the Company that produces it and find out why. But as far as Tupar, I have heard nothing but good things and it seems to have a small following being created.

I currently use Botanicare Ready-gro to be totally veganic now. Switched from Happy Frog to Ready-gro back in late November and it is way better results especially with the OG tea regiment (Used Bio Bizz for the last 2 years with good results but I cant wait to get my Vegamatrix order). Just need to throw that Vegamatrix in the mix and we are set for a VEGASM©

    Team Kushman,

Im really excited, I cant wait to get my hands on the mix that Kyle has been using at the buds n roses facility for over a year. Vital Earth and Kushman have been testing and working on a special Veganic soil mix and are going to release it soon. I’ll keep you all updated

    Hello Everyone,

Hey bahaga, if you are still here and I hope you are I just visited with one of my buddies from Better Extracts here in Colorado and they grow using tupar soils and love it! He said that the drainage is great and the plants love the extra water they are able to give because the soil has such good drainage and retains a fair amount of  moisture but he did mention that daily or bi-daily watering is a must during flowering with tupar to prevent drying out since the soil flows so well.

    As always LightSpeedGrows,

Have a great growing day with a feel good vibe!
